Norman Disney & Young have developed specialist experience in working with Defence and related groups in the Defence Industry. We understand that Defence has unique requirements, and we have successfully delivered projects using each of the different methodologies outlined on the Infrastructure Management (IM) website.
NDY has created a specialist division to deliver Defence projects, and have developed extensive experience complying with Defence policies and standards such as the MFPE, MIEE and Safetyman.
We understand that Defence is interested in clever and innovative solutions that deliver value for money, and that unlike other users, Defence own and operate their own infrastructure. Due to their specialised operational requirements, Defence have developed their own approach to ESD, which is captured in the Green Building Toolkit and the Building Perform and Manual (BPM). NDY have experience with these, and understand where and why they differ from a standard Green Star approach.
We have combined our native problem solving capabilities and leading edge technology experience with our detailed understanding of Defence methodologies.
