Work life balance is essential to high performance and we have active social programs across our offices. We provide a market-leading 25 days annual leave and 10 days personal leave each year. Other types of leave (such as study leave, compassionate leave, long service leave, parental leave and eight weeks paid maternity leave) are also available. To further assist our employees’ well-being, we will pay 50% of any fitness center fees (to a maximum of A$300, $NZ300 or UK£150 per annum). We can also arrange salary continuance insurance at a reduced fee.

As a commitment to our employees NDY has formed a continual professional development program aimed at the development, both personal and professional, of all of our staff.
