The R J Nott Library was created by the Illuminating Engineering Society of Australia (Victorian Chapter) in 1972 to honour the contribution of the late Bob Nott to lighting in Australia.
Following a number of years in storage, this extensive historical collection of books and periodicals on lighting and related subjects is now located within the West Melbourne office of Norman Disney & Young on behalf of IES: The Lighting Society.
The NDY designed lake water heat rejection system at the Kawarau Falls Station development in Queenstown New Zealand, is a featured case study in Sustainability Matters.
