Graduate Program Overview

During the 2-year graduate program, you will participate in a series of virtual workshops, social networking activities and technical training from NDY’s technical leaders. You also have the opportunity to participate in potential discipline rotations and connect with senior leaders in the business.

All NDY graduates also join our in-person graduate development program that takes place annually in Melbourne. There you will get together with your fellow NDY graduates to learn, connect and network with each other and the wider business.

How to apply & the recruitment process

Applications for our 2025 program are now closed.

If you have already applied for our Australian 2025 graduate intake we are now undertaking assessment centre and interviews. This is the final step in this stage of the recruitment process. If you’ve been shortlisted, you will have been invited to an assessment centre session.

If successful at the interview and assessment centre, you’ll receive an offer of employment from our talent acquisition team.

Applications for our New Zealand 2025 graduate intake will close on 10 May 2024.

We generally have a 3-step recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you apply for. We’ve designed our process to get to know you better beyond your resume, and equally for you to learn more about NDY along the way.
